Obtaining a work visa permits you to legally work in Germany even if you would not be able to do so otherwise. There are three main reasons to apply for one: to get a job offer, to get a job on probation, or to start work within six months. There is no restriction to the number of temporary employment you can obtain throughout your probationary period anymore.
