Can you get deported if you have a Business Visa?

Non-Germans require a residency permit to stay in Germany, therefore foreigners are granted temporary permits while their applications are processed. If their applications, especially when the reason is crime, are denied, they lose their right to stay in Germany and must depart by a specified date (no longer than six months). If the time limit has expired, they may be deported to their home country.
